Day 1: Arrival & The Flavors of Malvan
Arrive at Kudal/Kankavli station or MOPA airport. Transfer to the coastal town of Malvan. Spend your afternoon relaxing on the pristine white sands of Tarkarli Beach. In the evening, treat your taste buds to an authentic Malvani Fish Thali, featuring the famous Solkadhi and freshly caught sea food cooked in coconut and local spices.
Day 2: Sea Forts & Underwater Adventures
Take a boat through the Arabian Sea to the massive Sindhudurg Fort, built by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in the 17th century. Explore its hidden passages and massive walls. Later, head to the Tarkarli jetty for exhilarating water sports, including scuba diving in the clear waters, parasailing, and jet-skiing.
Day 3: Backwaters & The Sunset Point
Experience the unique 'Tsunami Island' in Devbagh, where the Karli river meets the sea. Enjoy a boat ride through the dense mangrove forests and backwaters. Keep an eye out for dolphins leaping in the distance. End your day with a mesmerizing sunset at the quiet and serene Wayari beach.
Day 4: The Kashi of Konkan - Kunkeshwar
A scenic coastal drive takes you to the Kunkeshwar Temple, an architectural marvel situated right on the edge of the Arabian Sea. It is often called the 'Kashi of Konkan'. Explore the ancient caves nearby and spend a peaceful afternoon on the uncrowded Kunkeshwar beach, known for its silver sands.
Day 5: Kokum, Cashews & Departure
Before heading back, visit a local 'Khanaval' or bazaar. Stock up on locally produced spices, Kokum syrup, Amla candy, and Malvani cashews. Our representative will then drop you at the station or airport for your journey home, carrying the rustic charm of Konkan with you.
